Crystalline Modules

Crystalline modules are made of solar cells with crystalline silicon which is around 0.2 to 0.4 millimetres thick. A differentiation is made between modules with monocrystalline and polycrystalline (also known as multicrystalline) cells. The basic material is ultra-pure olysilicon. Efficiency is between 14 and 18 percent.
