The basic conditions for your success
In order to assess and design your project correctly right from the start, it is important that you give us as much key data and information about basic conditions as possible. Based on this information, we will put together a solution for you that is tailored to your project.
Minimum requirements for open space:
- Suitable piece of land with evidence of conversion area status
- 21-year lease or, alternatively, ownership of the land
- At least three hectares in size
Minimum requirements for roofs:
- Sufficient statics of the free roof load
- Suitable roof surface
- Either new or old buildings
- Minimum size 1´000 m² sloping metal or flat RC roof
- Car park with more than 100 parking spaces
