Phoenix Solar Inc. (US) is a subsidiary of Phoenix Solar AG, headquartered near Munich, Germany in the Bavarian town of Sulzemoos. Phoenix Solar was founded in 1999 after nearly five years of groundbreaking work helping develop the German solar market and has grown to be a leading international designer, builder and operator of photovoltaic (solar) power plants. The company has a well-established global sales network with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the U.S.
