Phoenix Solar Inc. was the responsible EPC contractor for planning and executing this 38.6 MWp Solar Power Plant in Social Circle, GA. The system is owned by the developer and IPP Silicon Ranch Corp. -  A Nashville based developer and independent power producer who already partnered with Phoenix Solar on the Volkswagen Chattanooga Solar Park, which was inaugurated in Janury 2013.

Phoenix Solar's operation team demonstrated its professionalism and capabilities. Some of the challenges associated with the projects were:

• Intensive site preperation
• Unusal weather challenges during the 6 month construction period
• High voltage interconnection
