To develop our company further we are looking for a
Leiter IT (w/m)
Responsibility
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des ERP-Teams (2 Mitarbeiter) und des IT-Teams (2
Mitarbeiter = Systemadministratoren)
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems AP+, sowie die Steuerung der
Lieferanten im Umfeld des ERP-Systems
• Aktive Einflussnahme auf die strategisch wichtigen Neuprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit
Vorstand & Abteilungsleitern
• Optimierung und Überarbeitung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Kontrolle von Security-Maßnahmen, Datenschutz und Serveradministration
• Sicherstellung des Betreuungsstandards des Firmennetzwerkes
• IT-Risiko-Management und Schwachstellenanalyse
• Erarbeitung von IT-Lösungen zur Vereinfachung von Abläufen
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs IP & IT Management inklusive
Reporting, strategischer Kern-IT, operativer Kern-IT, technischer Infrastruktur sowie IT-
Sonderprojekte
Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften,
Informationstechnologie, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder angrenzende Bereiche
• mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen
• Nachgewiesene Prozessmanagementkompetenzen vorzugsweise aus
Technologieunternehmen auf internationaler Ebene
• hohe Fachkompetenz im Bereich Ablauforganisation sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von
Geschäftsprozessen sowie von Restrukturierungen und im Reengineering aus internationalen
Industrieunternehmen
• tiefgehende Kenntnisse des ERP-Systems AP+ (der Firma Asseco), sowie
Anwenderkompetenz in den Bereichen Internet und Intranet, auch im Hinblick auf
internationale Unternehmensstruktur
• fließende Englischkenntnisse
