Mitarbeiter für internationales Order Fulfillment & Projektdokumentation (m/w)
Responsibility
• In dieser Position sind Sie zuständig für das Stammdatenmanagement im Artikel- und Lieferantenstamm
• Sie fungieren in der Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen dem Kraftwerkbau und dem Supply Chain Management
• Neben dem Aufbau einer Lieferantendatenbank wirken Sie mit bei der Kreierung von Standardleistungsverzeichnissenim Bereich Kraftwerkbau
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der vollständigen Unterlagen zur Ausführung und Beauftragung von Projekten
• Sie unterstützen die Abteilung Einkauf bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und der Auftragserfassung
Requirements
• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, ein abgeschlossenes elektrotechnisches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Neben Erfahrung im Projekteinkauf können Sie ein gutes technisches Verständnis vorweisen
• Erfahrungen in der Solarbranche sind wünschenswert
• Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich neben der erforderlichen Methodenkompetenz durch gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus
• Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch Durchsetzungsstärke in Verbindung mit einem hohen Maß an persönlichem Engagement und Eigeninitiative
