Project Investment Manager (m/w)
Responsibility
• Verkaufsverhandlungen mit Investoren
• Strukturierung von asset deals und share deals (im In- und Ausland)
• Neuakquisition und Betreuung der Investoren
• Konzeption und Ausarbeitung komplexer Finanzierungskonzepte, Gesprächsverhandlungen mit Banken
• Vorbereitung von Verträgen und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen
• Konzeption und Ausarbeitung von Vorstands- und Aufsichtsratsvorlagen
• Eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung und Betreuung von PV-Projekten
Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt Jura oder BWL (Schwerpunkt Investition und Finanzierung) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bank- oder Immobilienfachwirt
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A oder Finanzierung im Energiesektor
• Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Fondsbereich ist wünschenswert, möglichst mit Erfahrung im Kreditgeschäft
• Erfahrung in M&A, unter Berücksichtigung der Gesetzgebung des jeweiligen Landes
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen erwünscht
• Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Belastbarkeit, Engagement und Eigeninitiative
• Reisebereitschaft
