Teamleiter Order Fulfillment & Logistik (m/w)
Responsibility
• Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung des operativen Einkaufs mit folgenden Aufgaben:
- Steuerung ERP-Material-Disposition
- Bestellungs-Abwicklung
- Bestellungs-Verfolgung
- Stammdatenmanagement
• Sowie die Verantwortung der kompletten Logistikkette:
- Beschaffungslogistik
- Bestands- und Lagerlogistik
- Distributionslogistik
- Retourenmanagement
• Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung von Import/Export und Verzollungsprozessen, der Lager- und Transport Vereinbarungen und die Bestellungs- und Rechnungsfreigaben
• Zudem gehört die Implementieren und optimieren von Prozessen, Abschlussreporting für Mo-nats-, Quartals, und Jahresabschlüsse und Mitarbeiterführung und Zielvereinbarungen mit MA zu Ihren Aufgaben
Requirements
• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbil-dung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und möglichst internationale Erfahrungen im Bestellwesen und in der Logistik, sowie Erfahrungen in den SCM-Abläufen
• Sie verfügen über gute MS Office, ERP-Systeme sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkennt-nisse
• Sie sind sehr teamfähig, führungs- und durchsetzungsstark, besitzen eine hohe soziale Kompe¬tenz
• Sie haben eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitswiese und zeichnen sich durch Flexibilität aus
