Responsibility
In der Abteilung Legal Affairs der Phoenix Solar AG sind Sie in einem zunehmend international geprägten Umfeld mit anspruchsvollen Aufgaben im Bereich des Wirtschaftsrechts, insbesondere des Vertragsrechts und des Handelsrechts, befasst. In einem kleinen Team werden Sie eigenverantwortlich Vorgänge und Projekte betreuen und verhandeln und dabei eng mit den operativen Bereichen des Unternehmens zusammenarbeiten.
Requirements
Sie haben beide juristischen Staatsexamen mindestens mit befriedigend bestanden und bereits Praxiserfahrung in einer wirtschaftsrechtlich orientierten Kanzlei oder einem Industrieunternehmen gesammelt. Sie verfügen über sehr sichere Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache. Sie denken unternehmerisch und haben Interesse für technische Zusammenhänge. Sie sind verhandlungsstark und pflegen einen pro-aktiven und kommunikativen Arbeitsstil.
