Our operational training is not restricted to traditional attendance of courses. We are increasingly taking advantage of professional e-learning.

Phoenix Solar also takes out an accident insurance policy for all employees and travel health insurance for business trips.
Team spirit
We can only achieve our ambitious goals by working together. We therefore attach great importance to team spirit. Phoenix Solar holds two annual events to foster team spirit: a ski weekend and a summer party.
