Phoenix Solar Inc. Appoints Vice Presidents of Sales and Operations

Sulzemoos, Germany, and San Ramon, California, 13 November, 2014 / Phoenix Solar Inc., the San Ramon, California based subsidiary of Phoenix Solar AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93), a leading international photovoltaic system integrator listed in Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, today announced the appointment of Shawn Mangan as new Vice President Sales and Kevin Hennessy as new Vice President Operations.

Shawn Mangan and Kevin Hennessy both are seasoned industry experts. Shawn Mangan brings over twenty-six years of experience in business development, contract management and construction supervision for various power, industrial, and chemical projects, to Phoenix Solar. He will be responsible for the company’s US sales organization. Kevin Hennessy has joined Phoenix Solar as new Vice President Operations. With over thirty years of design and construction experience, Kevin will lead the project execution team and will work hand in hand with Shawn Mangan to ensure that clients receive a quality EPC product delivered on-time.
