Phoenix Solar and Asunim establish strategic partnership in Turkey

Sulzemoos, Germany, and Ankara, Turkey, June 9th, 2015 / Phoenix Solar AG (ISIN DE000A0BVU93), an international photovoltaic system integrator that is listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and Asunim Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri İnş. Müh. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., a member of the asunim group, have established a strategic partnership for the Turkish market of photovoltaic power plants.

Both Asunim and Phoenix are solar companies with long-term experience and an extensive international background and successful track record. The parties intend to develop opportunities for large scale licensed and non-licensed photovoltaic power plants of several MW in Turkey with a large current sales pipeline, working collaboratively as EPC service provider from a head office established in Ankara.
