The basic conditions for your success
In order to assess and design your project correctly right from the start, it is important that you give us as much key data and information about basic conditions as possible. Based on this information, we will put together a solution for you that is tailored to your investment requirements.
Minimum requirements for roofs:
- Suitable roof surface
- 21-year lease with sufficient statics of the free roof load
- Either new constructions or old buildings
- Minimum size 5,000 m² sloping roof and 10,000 m² flat roof
- Parking lot with more than 200 parking spaces
Minimum requirements for open space:
- Suitable piece of land
- 21-year lease or, alternatively, sale of the land
- At least three hectares in size
