Sales Director, South East

Location: South East, USA

The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and she or he will be responsible for delivering required sales targets in one of the regions listed below. The ideal candidate will have sales experience from a solar or renewable energy company, possess strong communication skills, and be proven problem solver. This position could be located regionally in the South Central, South East, or Mid-West of the United States.

Sales Director, South Central

Location: South Central, USA

 The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and she or he will be responsible for delivering required sales targets in one of the regions listed below. The ideal candidate will have sales experience from a solar or renewable energy company, possess strong communication skills, and be proven problem solver. This position could be located regionally in the South Central, South East, or Mid-West of the United States.

Sales Director, Mid-West

Location: Mid-West, USA

The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and she or he will be responsible for delivering required sales targets in one of the regions listed below. The ideal candidate will have sales experience from a solar or renewable energy company, possess strong communication skills, and be proven problem solver. This position could be located regionally in the South Central, South East, or Mid-West of the United States. 

Project Design Manager - Electrical Engineer

Location: San Ramon, CA

Responsible for the support and execution of electrical designs from PV modules to utility point of interconnection on all North American commercial and utility scale solar projects. Projects range in size from 5 MW to 10’s of MW utility scale.

Project Design Manager - SCADA/DAS Engineer

Location San Ramon, CA

Responsible for the support and execution of SCADA/DAS design from existing conditions to final site plan and PV module placement on all North American commercial and utility scale solar projects.

Project Design Manager - Civil Engineer

Location: San Ramon, CA

Responsible for the support and execution of civil designs from existing conditions to final site plan and PV module placement on all North American commercial and utility scale solar projects. Projects range in size from 5 MW to 10’s of MW utility scale.

Senior Construction Manager

Location: San Ramon, CA or Scottsdale, AZ

This position is the on-site field representative for Phoenix Solar’s construction projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution of the Solar Power Plant installation. They are critical team member working closely with the Project Manager to meet the project goals and exceed the customer’s expectations. They coordinate all of the materials deliveries, subcontractors’ work, and ensure that the systems are installed to the highest level of quality in the safest manner. Senior level Construction Managers may manage single large projects or multiple installations at any given time.

Senior Project Manager

Location: San Ramon, CA or Scottsdale, AZ

The primary company representative responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial and utility solar power plant projects. Directs and supervises activities related to project bidding, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed in a high quality, profitable, safe and zero incident manner. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Builds business with current customers by delivering on our promises and creates new business with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all of our construction services. The Project Manager, Commercial & Utility Projects shall be responsible for managing multiple installations at any given time.
